Questions about creating your 11kab account, login, identity and settings.

Go to the Register page and enter your mobile number, choose a password and confirm you are 18 or older. An OTP will be sent to your number via SMS — enter it to verify and your account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes on mobile. You will need a working Pakistani SIM registered in your name to complete verification.

No. 11kab allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password option on the Login page or contact support — there is no need to create a second account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 11kab. Age verification may be requested at any point. Accounts found to belong to under-age users will be closed immediately and any balances returned to the payment source used.

Click "Forgot Password" on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and you will receive a reset code via SMS. Enter the code, set a new password and log back in. If the SMS does not arrive within a few minutes, check that your registered number is active and try again, or email [email protected] for manual assistance.

Mobile number changes require identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Email [email protected] with your current registered number, your CNIC details, and the new number you want to use. The team will verify your identity and update the number, after which OTPs and account notifications will go to your new number.

After several failed login attempts, 11kab temporarily locks the account as a security precaution. Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. Alternatively, use the Forgot Password option to reset your password. If the account remains locked, contact [email protected] with your registered mobile number and the team will assist with unlocking after verifying your identity.
Deposits — Adding PKR

How to fund your 11kab account using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and other Pakistani payment methods.

11kab supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. Head to the Deposit page after logging in to see the full list of available methods and their current processing times.

Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits credit to your 11kab balance within 60 seconds of confirming the OTP on your phone. Occasionally mobile network delays can extend this to a few minutes. If your balance has not updated within 10 minutes, check your transaction history on the deposit page and contact support if the funds are not showing.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page before you initiate a transaction. Generally the minimum is set at a low PKR threshold to make it accessible for players who want to start with a small top-up. Check the deposit page for the current figures as these can be updated from time to time.

First, wait up to 10 minutes as occasional network delays do occur. Then log in and check your transaction history in Account Settings. If the deposit shows as pending, it is still being processed. If it shows as failed but money left your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet, do not deposit again — email [email protected] with your registered number, the transaction reference number and the amount. The team will investigate and credit your balance or arrange a refund.

11kab does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges. Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa app for any applicable fees before initiating a transfer. The amount that reaches your 11kab balance is what you will see credited after any third-party charges are applied by your payment provider.
Withdrawals — Getting Your PKR Out

How withdrawals work, processing times and what to do if something goes wrong.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings, then select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the payment method registered on your account. Make sure the account name matches your 11kab registration to avoid delays.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically arrive within a few hours. Raast and bank transfers can take up to 1–3 working days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Pakistan public holidays may take slightly longer to process on the bank side. VIP Gold and Diamond members benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing.

Withdrawals can be delayed if your account has an unmet wagering requirement on an active bonus, if identity verification is outstanding, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard daily limits and requires a manual review. Log in and check your account notifications for any action required. If no issues are shown and the withdrawal has been pending beyond the normal timeframe, contact [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed during the withdrawal process in your account. Daily and weekly limits apply. VIP members at higher tiers have elevated withdrawal limits. How bonuses work on 11kab, wagering requirements explained simply, and how to claim what you have earned.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to wager a certain multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real PKR. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Your account shows your current progress toward meeting any active wagering requirements.

After logging in, visit the Promotions section of your account. Available bonuses will be listed there with their terms. Some bonuses are credited automatically on qualifying deposits; others require you to click "Claim" before making the deposit. Read the individual promotion terms carefully before depositing — particularly the minimum deposit amount required to qualify and the games eligible for wagering.

Yes. Bonuses are opt-in. If you prefer to deposit and play without any bonus wagering requirements attached, simply do not claim or activate any bonus before depositing. If a bonus has already been credited to your account and you want it removed, contact support — the bonus can be cancelled before any wagering has started, though the bonus amount will be forfeited.

Yes. Each bonus has an expiry window — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion — within which you must meet the wagering requirement. Unclaimed bonuses in your Promotions section also have an availability deadline. The specific expiry for each bonus is shown in its terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

VIP Program

How 11kab's VIP tiers work and what benefits come with each level.

Every registered player is automatically enrolled in the VIP program from the moment they make their first deposit. You start at Bronze level and progress by accumulating VIP points through your regular gaming activity. There is nothing to opt in to — points are credited automatically as you play slots, fish games, bingo and place sports bets in PKR.

11kab has four main VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Benefits scale with each level and include higher withdrawal limits, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive cashback rates, reload bonus percentages, birthday bonuses and — at Diamond level — a dedicated account manager. VIP points are tracked on a rolling monthly basis for tier progression. Points accumulated toward your current tier level do not expire mid-month, but if your activity drops significantly in a given period, your tier may be reviewed at the monthly reset. Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming. You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from there. Reductions to your limit take effect immediately. Increases have a built-in 24-hour cooling period before they apply — this is intentional, to give you time to reconsider. The deposit limit tool is designed to be used proactively, not just in response to a problem. Setting a budget before a session is a straightforward habit that keeps gaming enjoyable.

A cooling-off period temporarily restricts access to your account for a set duration — typically 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. It is useful if you feel you need a short break. Go to Account Settings then Responsible Gaming and select Cooling-Off Period. The restriction takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term account suspension — typically 6 months, 1 year or permanent — intended for players who feel their gaming is causing them serious concern. Unlike a cooling-off period, self-exclusion does not reopen automatically when the period ends. Reactivation requires a conscious decision and a direct request to support, followed by a short waiting period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.
