11kab Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the player," "you," "your") and 11kab ("the platform," "we," "us," "our") in connection with your use of the 11kab website at 11kab.pro and all associated services, games, promotions and features available on the platform.

11kab is an online gaming platform providing slots, bingo, fish games, live casino, sports betting and related entertainment services. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other approved payment methods.

These Terms apply to every player who registers an account, accesses the game lobby, deposits funds, places a wager, participates in a promotion or uses any other feature of the 11kab platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 11kab.

To open and use a 11kab account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 11kab platform is strictly for adults. Use by anyone under 18 is prohibited.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent for another person or on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an 11kab employee in a role with access to platform systems.
• You must not already hold an active 11kab account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will be merged or suspended upon detection.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When registering your 11kab account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 11kab will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.

• One account per player is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited.
• Account details, including linked payment methods, must belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• You must keep your registered contact number and email address up to date. Outdated contact information can affect your ability to receive account notifications and complete verification steps.
• 11kab reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. Required documentation typically includes a valid national identity card (CNIC) or equivalent. Accounts under review may have deposits, withdrawals or gameplay suspended pending verification completion.

All deposits to your 11kab account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Debit Card and approved mobile wallets. Available methods and applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly following OTP confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposits are subject to standard processing times which may vary. 11kab is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or payment provider.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and the funds returned.
• Deposits made in error — for example, an amount significantly exceeding your intended deposit — should be reported to support before any gameplay takes place. 11kab will not accept responsibility for unintended deposit amounts once funds have been used in gameplay.
• 11kab does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 11kab.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section and may differ by payment method.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your 11kab account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements may result in the bonus being voided.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals above a specified threshold can be processed. You will be notified in your account when this requirement applies.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method. VIP Gold members receive fast-track handling; VIP Diamond members are eligible for same-day processing where conditions allow.
• 11kab reserves the right to request supporting documentation in connection with any withdrawal request as part of its fraud prevention and security obligations.

11kab offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise are set out below.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The applicable requirement and eligible games are stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may apply to your account at any given time unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Eligible players: Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in the relevant promotion terms. 11kab reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotions where abuse is suspected.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses credited to your account have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited. Ensure you check the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional terms, including through multiple accounts, collusion or systematic bonus abuse strategies, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

The 11kab VIP program rewards consistent play with a tiered system of benefits. Participation is automatic for all registered players. Points are earned on qualifying wagers across game categories and accumulate toward Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond tier thresholds.

• VIP tier status is maintained based on activity over a rolling assessment period. Tier levels may reduce if qualifying activity falls below maintenance thresholds.
• Cashback rates, withdrawal priority, deposit limits and access to VIP-exclusive game rooms are determined by your current tier at the time the benefit is applied.
• Points earned under the VIP program have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 11kab reserves the right to modify VIP program tiers, point thresholds, earning rates and benefit structures. Material changes will be communicated to affected players.
• VIP benefits, including Diamond-tier account manager access, are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.

All games available on the 11kab platform — including slots, bingo, fish games, live casino table games and sports betting — are subject to their own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within each game or game section. These Terms apply in addition to individual game rules.

• Game outcomes for slots and table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically random and independent between rounds.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection — incomplete rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's rules, which typically void or restore the wager for the affected round.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed. Sports bets are subject to the applicable settlement rules for the event in question.
• 11kab reserves the right to void or recalculate bets that have been placed or settled incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed fault.
• Gameplay using exploits, software bots, or any method other than the standard game interface is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11kab platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account to play.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities or RNG patterns to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse bonuses or promotions (collusion).
• Using third-party payment accounts to deposit or withdraw.
• Abusing the customer support service through harassment or repeated dishonest claims.

11kab reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account for the following reasons, among others:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of promotional offers.
• At the player's own request — for example, through a self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with the dormant account policy.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can do so through their account settings or by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed after account closure in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification requirements being met.

11kab is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Online gaming is intended as adult entertainment and should always be enjoyed within personal financial limits and as a leisure activity — not as a source of income or a means of recovering previous losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available in your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion period during which your account will be suspended and you will not be able to register a new one on the platform.

11kab provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable steps are taken to maintain uptime and service quality, 11kab does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game at all times.

• 11kab is not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions, technical faults outside its reasonable control, or decisions made by the player during gameplay.
• Gaming involves financial risk. Winnings are not guaranteed. Players accept that they may lose funds wagered on the platform.
• 11kab is not responsible for any taxation obligations arising from winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations under applicable law.
• 11kab's total liability to any player in connection with a specific incident is limited to the amount deposited by that player in direct connection with the incident.

11kab may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via an in-platform announcement or a message to their registered contact. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Continuing to use the platform after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
